Elder Fuðark Runes

At around 2,000 years old The Elder Fuðark (Futhark) Runes are the oldest known Runic alphabet. These Runes are the foundation of all other Runic alphabets including the Pagan Nordic Younger Futhark and the Christian Anglo-Saxon Futhorc.

This Elder Fuðark comprises of 24 runes, each Rune includes in it's guide it's Anglo-Saxon poem, with it's early Christian faith influence, as well as it's Old Icelandic (old Norse) poem with it's pagan/nordic religious influence and gods.

This Rune Deck for divination, and/or self development, offers an fascinating educational introduction to early Northern European culture and history.

Each rune has been illustrated as a stone with gilded engravings. The deck has been created to act as a beginners introduction to Runes and includes a simple set of plain spreads of 1 to 9 runes. Please note that this deck does not support reversals.
